Returns Policy

Please carefully read the below policy prior to returning your item to Pepper Girls Club.

1. Please note that Pepper Girls Club do not refund for postage on returning items.
2. We will refund the full cost of the item if it is returned in unused/undamaged condition, excluding any postage costs.
3. Pepper Girls Club will not be liable for any items lost during postage of returns.
4. Any loss or damage to a returning item must be recovered from the chosen carrier/delivery company.
5. If returning in the UK please send 2nd Class Royal Mail “Signed for” so proof of return can be confirmed.
6. Refund will be issued once goods have been received.
7. Non clothing items “Bags, Phone Covers, etc” are not covered by any returns policy.
8. All items in 'Sale' are non-returnable and are not covered by this returns policy.
9. Any free gift received as part of your order, must also be returned in unused/undamaged should your return an item to us.
